Job Benefits

Job Role

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the farm
• Will be required to operate farm machinery on associated tasks as an when directed
• Spread clean sawdust on animal beds with a tractor
• Assistance with feeding and milking may be required
• Operate a John Deere Tractor, feeder wagon, straw chopper and JCB telehandler

Eligibility Criteria

• Previous experience working in a farming environment
• Capable of operating various farm machinery/equipment
• Physically fit due to the demands of the job
• Valid driving license (UK)/ Guidance in converting driving license when in the UK
• If applying from outside of the United Kingdom applicants will need to meet the requirements for the Skilled Worker Visa, this includes 4.0 IELTS score
• Working Hours
  – 48 hours per week
  – Overtime available
  – Variable shift patterns
