What salvation came to do is to give you life. Once you are saved, you are made alive in Christ. Though one might be brought to life through the life of Christ, yet there is need for deliverance from every sort of bondage.

When God asked Lazarus to life, he became alive but he was bond, though alive. Therefore he needs deliverance.
A believer cannot be possessed because the Holy Spirit now reside in him, but a believer can be oppressed and demons don’t respect location for they are involved in transaction.
When you are climbing towers and you are limited by your background, you won’t be able to travel far again until you are delivered.
Therefore there is a need to be free and free indeed!
