God is the supreme being and he owns the heavens and the earth, together with all controls, powers and everything in them.
Yet, not all things that happen have the origination from the control of God, and the concept of what will be will be is also not an accurate reasoning, because another being that controls and allow occurrences, especially on earth is ‘The Spirit of this Age’.

When God created the heavens and the earth, On earth, He decided to share His reign with man but man sold that privileges’ out to Lucifer (Satan) through our disobedient, and so Satan has then become the prince of the world and the spirit of this age.
Two things that can make a man to be free from his grip and influence is when we are born again and when we are in heaven.
