All courts whether natural or spiritual are governed by judicial protocol.
Boldness is an important spiritual ingredient for approaching the Throne of Grace. It demonstrates our confidence in the finished work of Christ and the goodness of God. When we approach the Courts of Heaven it’s important that we do so in a spirit of boldness and not fear. Fear actually works against us and gives the devil legal footing against us in the Courts of Heaven.
We are in a conflict, but it is a legal one. Remember that Jesus never pictures prayer in the battlefield context. He did put prayer however in a courtroom or judicial setting in Luke 18:1-8.
