Succeeding in life should not just be in our career, rather we indeed succeed when we succeed both in the world at large and in the world around us, especially at home (our family)
For instance, a lot of people, including ministers have problems with balance between ministry and family and in relating with their children. Meanwhile, work or ministry should not deprive you of taking proper care of your spouse and children and family at large.
